[hobbit] Host notes

Sounds feature-packed :-)

I'd be happy with a simple text box that lets you enter text/HTML that 
gets saves as hostname.html in the notes directory, and that when 
viewing the notes they are properly Hobbit-ized with a Hobbit header and 
footer.
