[hobbit] building bbproxy

Buchan - please don't cc me on mails that you send to the list. I hate
seeing double when scanning my inbox.

You need to tell bbgen that hobbitd is on port 1985. In
hobbitserver.cfg, change BBPORT to 1985 and BBDISP to 127.0.0.1.
