[hobbit] ftp detection problem

I put the change in, however it still didn't fix it -- I did realize, 
however, that there was a change on the system so that now xinetd is 
managing the allow/deny lists...  however, when the hobbit server has 
!ftp - it goes red because ftp is on and when it has ftp it is yellow...
