Argh! This shouldn't be in there!
Fixed. To avoid problems with Sourceforge mirrors etc. I've deleted the
old file, and uploaded the correct one to a 4.3.0-RC1 directory. So the
download link is now
http://sourceforge.net/projects/xymon/files/Xymon/4.3.0-RC1/xymon-4.3.0-RC1.tar.gz/download
