files timestamp not working with windows client

-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE-----
Hash: SHA1

I have a windows client reporting the following details (from the
"Client Data" page):

[file:/hcn/backup2/abc_db.BAK.bh]
type:0x00020 (file)
mode:777 (not implemented)
linkcount:1
owner:0 (not implemented)
group:0 (not implemented)
size:20969799
atime:1286906440 (2010/10/12-18:00:40)
ctime:1286906440 (2010/10/12-18:00:40)
mtime:1290719165 (2010/11/25-21:06:05)

The current status is:
red /hcn/backup2/abc_db.BAK.bh
File was modified 4294938333 seconds ago - should be <90000

and the current time (from the top right corner of the page is):
Fri Nov 26 00:03:22 2010

AFAICT, I should have a green status, because 90,000 seconds is more
than one day, and the current time is less than one day from the mtime
above:
2010/11/25-21:06:05 + 1 day would be:
2010/11/26-21:06:05
Which is another 21 hours away...

I get a red/green flip flop, at 9pm it goes red every day, at 8am it
goes green every day.... This is supposed to confirm that the daily
backups are being performed, and split into smaller files ready for
rsync, but due to all the red alarms, it is somewhat useless.

The config from the hobbit server hobbit-clients.cfg file is:
        FILE /hcn/backup2/abc_db.BAK.bh SIZE>11330865 MTIME<90000 red

bbgen for Hobbit version 4.2.2

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Regards,
Adam
