Open hobbit-alerts.cfg - help is there.
Email is default.
HOST=%.*\.lifetouch\.com
MAIL kkelly (at) lifetouch.com COLOR=RED DURATION>2m REPEAT=60 RECOVERED
Via phone you'll need to use SCRIPT and I would imagine Asterisk being the
best solution.
Personally I have Xymon email an SMS gateway provided by my carrier (AT&T)
and it shows up as a text message to me.
