It was a bad config issue.
Sorry for the wasted bandwidth.

Do you see anything in the Ghost Clients report?

Subject: [hobbit] BBWin Question
Before Flaming me, if this is the wrong place, please let me know.
I have a windows 2000 server with the BBWin Client installed, but I'm not
getting anything on the hobbit server.
Does anyone know some troubleshooting steps I should follow to determine the
problem?
I did add the client: line to the bb-hosts file on the hobbit server to
match the FQDN
