I had the same problem with this synthax. I have resolved it by using 
this synthax :

log /var/log/messages %WARNING|NOTICE|ERROR yellow "IGNORE=relabeling"

-> no use of COLOR= keyword
-> use of quote (") on the ignore keyword and string.
