Are you sure you are running 0.8 on this host ?
I was until you asked the question. I had 0.7 installed and upgraded,
but it looks like the upgrade didn't replace the binary (the DLL
versions matched those of my other host that did have the 0.8 binary).
Ah, the joys of the Windows installer :)
I've now de-installed and re-installed and everything looks good.
