RRD errors- where to look?>

Hi- can anyone help me figure out where to hunt for the cause of these?

 

Rrd-data.log: (every 5 minutes)

Rrd-status.log (weird- only and always from ONE host....  I have tried
deleting all RRD data, still happens)
