Try re-downloading it now. The file you get should have this MD5
checksum:

3928ba43f46077f10d98fc794ea9b4ad  hobbit-4.0-RC5.tar.gz

There was a broken file uploaded, but it was only available for about
2 minutes. I think that's the one you got.
