[Xymon] clientconfig.cfg not getting updated

Solved.

I'd added a [powershell] section to the end of the file.  The was
already a [powershell] section in the middle of the file.  The client
is obviously not DWIMC compliant (Do What I Mean, Correctly).

Thanks for the help, apologies for missing the obvious.
