[Xymon] new install issue

Could be a result of the '.sh' extension not being considered a valid
cgi-script. RH/Fedora used to be that way; not sure if Ubuntu still is...

Adding "AddHandler cgi-script .sh$" somewhere into your apache config
might fix it.
