You can also rewrite the existing Alias line to drop the final slash too. eg:
-Alias @XYMONHOSTURL@/  "@INSTALLWWWDIR@/"
+Alias @XYMONHOSTURL@  "@INSTALLWWWDIR@"

For me, that's:
Alias /xymon  "/var/www/xymon"

The RPMs have done that for a while... haven't heard of any issues so far.
