[Xymon] Issue with windows server

By default Xymon uses DNS to determine IP addresses, the address entered in
the hosts.cfg file is pretty much ignored unless you use the "testip"
directive. I suspect you have a misspelled host name that can't be located
in DNS, or the host is not in DNS at all. In either case using the testip
directive would cause things to start working.
