[Xymon] How To or RFE - documenting each alert?

In a previous position, the NOC had their Runbook operating completely out
of a Wiki...

The easiest solution seemed to be editing the hostsvc template files to
include a link to an external page at the top of every hostsvc report.
HOST, SVC, COLOR, etc are all available to you in the form of xymon
environment variables.
