[Xymon] Patch - timefunc.c (was Xymon on RHEL3 - not working?)

Hello,

Attached is a patch for consideration.

I am using it on my RHEL3 Xymon (4.3.7) client to cater for the problems
with 'clock_gettime'. The timers now basically use clock_gettime if it
is defined and returns a zero code, else they use 'gettimeofday' but if
that gives an error then 'time' is used. It hasn't been tested on any
other server.
