[Xymon] Include transfer of file contents to Xymon server for FILE check

Add...

HOST=host.imaginenetworksllc.com
    FILE    /opt/noticeofpowerfailure red noexist
    LOG    /opt/noticeofpowerfailure

Then the contents should appear in the MSGS column.
