I too have seen these white holes and have not figured out a pattern. I was getting errors in my rrd-status log about the time used to updates items, but for some reason that message stopped 15 days ago. I am running 4.3.0-0.beta2

Subject: [hobbit] White holes in xymon graphs

Hi,

can anyone explain those (white) blackouts in the attached xymon graph? I see no messages
neither in the client nor in the server logs. Those blackouts happen at different times:The
duration is ~ 10 minutes = 2 intervalls?

Any hints?
