[hobbit] xymon issue need help

There's also the obvious language thing, too.

I usually wait until the second "just hand it to me" before I let someone
have it.  :)

Honestly, I'm not all that much better, but I like to give someone a
fighting chance before I decide to execute a drive-by RTFM.  :)
