Nelson,

If the SSH session drops due to inactivity you cound try the clientaliveinterval and serveraliveinterval in sshd_config.  See sectiion 2.12 of the openssh FAQ.
There are probably other ways to do this as well.

In the output below, it appears your client is trying to connect to bbd on the local host via the loopback address (127.0.0.1).   Are you sure you have the BBDISP variable in your hobbitclient.cfg file set correctly?  It should be pointing to the xymon server, not the loopback address.

Hi,

I have a xymon server to monitor clients in a DMZ using ssh-tunnels.

The connection is up and the clients start reporting but after about 15 minutes they stop reporting.

the ssh tunnel is up but the clients go purple.

Could you please help?

I have tried all the settings i can think but it still happens
