Need help on "Bad timespec (missing colon or wrong weekdays):" error message

My hobbit server is suffering following error message in page.log file.

1. Current error messages in page.log, not like the other problem on this list,
I don't have anything after ":" character to help me debug.

2. After RTFM, Following is an expanded debug log after I added "--debug" at page daemon in hobbitlaunch.cfg.
(11 days ago)

2.1 in following log, do this mean the tsail-c's TIME=W:0080:1800 macro has syntax issue ?

2.2 following are more clueless  error, it didn't show any host information
and it says "00:01:34 Found a first matching rule" and then "00:01:34 Bad timespec (missing colon or wrong weekdays):"

3. I tried commented out all the "DOWNTIME" entries in bb-hosts* files, but "Bad timespec ..."
still keep spitting into page.log.


4. Seems to me both DOWNTIME(bb-host*) and TIME (in hobbit-alerts.cfg*) both generate same kind of error message.
