It depends on how CPU utilization is being presented to bbnt by the
operating system.  On my quad core Vista machine the overall CPU utilization
seems to be an average across all four cores.  When I run a video rendering
job (which busies out all four cores) the overall utilization approaches 100
percent and not more.  You might need to ask Quest how bbnt hands multi-core
CPUs under Windows...
