Changes in checking file hashes?

Hi all,

Sorry if this was discussed before, I could not find it.
After running 4.2.0 for some time I wanted to try the nightly snapshot
again.
All the file checks turned red, complaining about missing md5 data.
Did I miss a configuration change? 

Error message: 
File has MD5 hash (No MD5 data)  - should be
c784b19d0034235fbf6de2accc6e86b6
