[hobbit] 'hobbitping -Ae' failed - program not suid root?

Like it says: Your ~hobbit/server/bin/hobbitping needs to be owned by
root, and with suid permissions.

	chown root ~hobbit/server/bin/hobbitping
	chmod u+s  ~hobbit/server/bin/hobbitping
