who lied about (truncated) ps output ?

release: 4.2-RC-20060712
server: CentOS 4.3 (RHEL4.3 AS)
client:  Redhat Linux 9
installation: fresh/new

'client data' shows truncated ps output (~133 characters).  If I run the ps
command as listed below, I got the long list (with
TERM=xterm/vt100/vt102/linux).  changed the CLIENTOS to 'rhel3' from the
default 'linux' has no effect.

[ps] section in 'client data'
