I will touch this after all...if you are using Big Brother clients on
those servers, you can create a file named "bbaliasname" in $BBHOME/etc
and put a different "DNS" name in it.

Define a new and old DNS entry and change the hobbitclient.sh to 
hardcode the machine name instead of doing a uname ?

Otherwise yeah I would imagine they will both update the same data set 
but dont quote me on that one
