[hobbit] 4.0.3rc1 available - Configure Error

For now, use RRDtool 1.0.x.

The funny thing is that this error happens because of a change in
RRDtool that I suggested and sent Tobi Oetiker a patch for a couple
of months ago. Now it comes back to haunt me :-))
