[hobbit] pagetype: HOST alerting feature?

OK, that's pretty annoying.

Did BB really have this ? I didn't know that.

Hobbit doesn't support it - sorry. I think it might be worthwhile to
look at doing "alert-merging" more generally, e.g. so you'll get
all alerts for a given recipient merged into one message based on some
criteria. 

But that's for a future version.
