[hobbit] No Hobbit menu in maint.pl

Did that, now when I go to the enable/disable option I get a popup in IE 
that says:

"A Runtime Error has occured. Do you wish to Debug?
Line: 503
Error: 'menu' is undefined"

I assume this is some sort of javascript error. 
The menu is working fine for everything else, including the Ack 
section.  I made sure I copied the files you specified, and chown'ed 
them to the hobbit user and restarted hobbit.
